The company VEZIRGIANNIS S.A. responding to the requirements of modern business reality and aiming at improving its organizational structure and internal communication, always aiming at faster and better customer service, decided to design and install a System in accordance with the requirements of the International Standard ELOT EN 9001: 2015, ISO 14001: 2015 & 45001: 2018.

The Company System covers all the activities of the company regarding the Dealership and Trading of Spare Parts - Repair Shop for Trucks, Buses, Vans and Passenger Cars and was designed according to the needs and aspirations of the Company and the Legal and Regulatory Requirements of the Hellenic Legislation.

Satisfaction and ensuring the trust of customers, through the fulfillment of defined quality standards and consistency in deliveries are basic principles of VEZIRGIANNIS SA.

The general goal of the company is to satisfy the needs and expectations of its customers to the maximum extent possible, to offer products and services of exceptional quality and high benefit and for this reason it establishes measurable goals for Quality seeking:

  • Improving the organizational structure, through the clear definition of responsibilities and responsibilities.
  • Improving the operation of the Company, through the identification and development of the System Processes.
  • Compliance with laws and regulations related to its activity either directly or indirectly.
  • Recognition of the requirements and the implied needs of the customers who buy the goods and receive our services.
  • Improvement of Internal Communication, through the determination of the interaction and interdependence of the Company's processes.
  • Continuous improvement of the System and the operation of the Company with the effective use of the following tools:
    • Defining and reviewing quality objectives.
    • Management Review
    • Internal Inspections
    • Corrective Actions
    • Systematic analysis of data resulting from Quality Archives.
    • Identification of the requirements of the stakeholders (customers, staff, wider community, etc.) related to the System.

  • Commits and applies the principles of Quality Policy and the System that it determines.
  • Commits to comply with applicable Greek and Community legislation.
  • Informs its human resources and motivates them to commit to the same principles.
  • Commits to the provision of infrastructure and equipment deemed necessary for the implementation of its work and the proper implementation of the System.
  • In order to achieve the above objectives, all the necessary reports have been made in the documentation of the Quality Management System. Through systematic planning, control of processes and continuous improvement of all activities, the principles of the company are fulfilled.
  • Each employee is responsible for the quality of his own work and it is imperative to contribute to the quality management and achievement of the set goals. For this reason, all employees, depending on their responsibilities, are informed about the System and act in accordance with the established rules.
  • Procedures, flows and actions, which do not guarantee the fulfillment of the set goals, are stopped immediately by those responsible, cause analyzes are carried out and the necessary improvement measures are defined.

This Quality Policy is communicated to the staff, is available to all interested parties and is reviewed periodically by the Company Management.
